Home Workouts With Toddlers - tips and tricks

People ask me all the time "HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO DO THAT WITH LITTLE KIDS AT HOME?" How to keep with a workout program lifestyle not diet

I've tried just about every workout program and fad diet out there and THIS IS FINALLY WORKING! WHY? when i first started this program a mom in a catholic mom group asked everyone in this mom group "what are you doing for our lady of fatima in the 100th year of her appearing?" AND I was blown way - i decided that i was going to offer up my fitness and food to our lady! She said to the children of Fatima that the devil would attack us through the family...and she attacks my family via food - making me not as good as a women bc of my desire for food - booooo! I focus my journey on faith, family, fitness and food. I consecrated myself to Jesus through our lady and offer all the graces I would receive to her to do with as she sees fit. She has taken those blessings and blessed me 1000 times more. If you want things to turn out better in life - offer them to our lady! this marinade is AMAZING!!!! Typically, i just use liquid aminos and a little spicy sesame oil BUT THIS marinade from THUG KITCHEN is soooo legit! :)

Spicy Garlic Asian String Beans

Our local Chinese restaurant makes the best spicy garlic string beans!!! OR SO I THOUGHT!!!! My mom recreated and improved upon their recipe. I am head over heals fo these string beans! They are easy to do and reheat for food prep AWESOMELY! ENJOY!

Sweet Potato, Black Bean, Carrot Enchiladas (WFPB GF)

 These enchiladas are amazing! My husband went back for seconds and then thirds! Let me just say that he doesn’t do that often. This will definitely become one of my go to meals. I think I might try and put the ingredients in the instant pot next! This is a fantastic dish to bring to a potluck or make for meal prep. Easy to portion out and absolutely delicious! Are used carrots instead of zucchini like the cookbook said kitchen called for. Primarily because I was out of zucchini LOL.  I will for sure be trying it with zucchini next. YUMMMMMY! This is my go to protein on my whole food plant based diet. I love tofu with roasted Brussels sprouts and some GF toast OR brown rice with veggies and tofu for lunch or tofu with a piled high salad for dinner. I WANT TOFU ALL DAY LOL. Instant Pot Vegetable Medley - food prep for beginners - 21 day fix and 80 Day Obsession

I found this AMAZING instant pot veggie medley from the cookbook Vegan Under Pressure! It is so easy, quick and yummy! For my meals I added a little bell pepper, with a portion of brown rice and some air fryer tofu. HEALING INSTANT POT WHOLE FOOD PLANT BASED SOUP

While i was on a bed rest a friend of mine brought the most yummy soup to our family - i wasn't into eating healthy when she brought it but i loved the flavors so much i asked for the recipe...MUCH to my surprise...IT WAS HEALTHY! (shock yikes ohhhh dear) now, its been a year and a half... and friends baby is sick - like in the hospital sick - the poor little guy is just 5 weeks old... Fitness Challenges - WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT....

HEY GIRL HEY! Thank you for coming and checking what this fitness challenge is ALL ABOUT!  First off, CONGRATS on researching how to make you into the image God designed you to be. U ROCK! Second... i started using this fitness program and meal plan back in January of 2017 and as of (Feb 2018 have lost 31 pounds - and kept it off thru a remodel, living with my in laws and all the joys life can bring with two kids under 3 lol). Early on in my journey I decided to dedicate my whole self to Our Lady of Fatima bc it was the 100th anniversary of her appearing to the children in Fatima. I BELIEVE this is what really made it finally click for me...i have tried EVERY PROGRAM you can imagine and they would work for a bit but not for life...this is working because it is focused on the FOUR Fs - FAITH, FAMILY, FITNESS & FOOD. Welcome to FIT FOR FATIMA where I focus my life on FAITH, FAMILY, FITNESS AND FOOD! I am a daughter of the KING, Wife to godly man (Manuel), and mother to two little (MariaVictoria 2015 and Manny 2016)! I started my journey for Fit for Fatima on January 2, 2017 with the idea that I wanted to eat healthy.
