Fitness Challenges - WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT....


HEY GIRL HEY! Thank you for coming and checking what this fitness challenge is ALL ABOUT! 

First off, CONGRATS on researching how to make you into the image God designed you to be. U ROCK!

Second... i started using this fitness program and meal plan back in January of 2017 and as of (Feb 2018 have lost 31 pounds - and kept it off thru a remodel, living with my in laws and all the joys life can bring with two kids under 3 lol). Early on in my journey I decided to dedicate my whole self to Our Lady of Fatima bc it was the 100th anniversary of her appearing to the children in Fatima. I BELIEVE this is what really made it finally click for me...i have tried EVERY PROGRAM you can imagine and they would work for a bit but not for life...this is working because it is focused on the FOUR Fs - FAITH, FAMILY, FITNESS & FOOD. IN THAT ORDER!

I run challenge groups every 21days... once you've joined a challenge group once you will ALWAYS be permitted to enter any challenge group i offer for FREE - FOREVER! 

Challenge groups as a private way to have accountability with other women on the journey with the FOUR Fs. We check in daily with what we are doing for fitness and food. AND we share our roses and thorns (roses are our highs and thorns are our lows). We encourage one another and keep each other on track and focused!
