YUMMMMMY! This is my go to protein on my whole food plant based diet. I love tofu with roasted Brussels sprouts and some GF toast OR brown rice with veggies and tofu for lunch or tofu with a piled high salad for dinner. I WANT TOFU ALL DAY LOL. I found this AMAZING instant pot veggie medley from the cookbook Vegan Under Pressure! It is so easy, quick and yummy! For my meals I added a little bell pepper, with a portion of brown rice and some air fryer tofu. HEALING INSTANT POT WHOLE FOOD PLANT BASED SOUP

While i was on a bed rest a friend of mine brought the most yummy soup to our family - i wasn't into eating healthy when she brought it but i loved the flavors so much i asked for the recipe...MUCH to my surprise...IT WAS HEALTHY! (shock yikes ohhhh dear) now, its been a year and a half... and friends baby is sick - like in the hospital sick - the poor little guy is just 5 weeks old... Fitness Challenges - WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT....

HEY GIRL HEY! Thank you for coming and checking what this fitness challenge is ALL ABOUT!  First off, CONGRATS on researching how to make you into the image God designed you to be. U ROCK! Second... i started using this fitness program and meal plan back in January of 2017 and as of (Feb 2018 have lost 31 pounds - and kept it off thru a remodel, living with my in laws and all the joys life can bring with two kids under 3 lol). Early on in my journey I decided to dedicate my whole self to Our Lady of Fatima bc it was the 100th anniversary of her appearing to the children in Fatima. I BELIEVE this is what really made it finally click for me...i have tried EVERY PROGRAM you can imagine and they would work for a bit but not for life...this is working because it is focused on the FOUR Fs - FAITH, FAMILY, FITNESS & FOOD.
