YUMMMMMY! This is my go to protein on my whole food plant based diet. I love tofu with roasted Brussels sprouts and some GF toast OR brown rice with veggies and tofu for lunch or tofu with a piled high salad for dinner. I WANT TOFU ALL DAY LOL.
